問1. 中信愛城中心為何要籌款？
中信愛城中心作為非牟利機構，2022年必須籌募 $55,000 經費以維持優質的服務水準並提供社區所需社會及專業服務。我們的社區服務只有少部份獲政府支助，其餘則需靠捐款支持。
問2.贊助者數目有沒有最低要求?
有。你最少要尋找一個贊助者。
問3.報名要收費嗎?籌款額亦有沒有最低要求?
報名是完全免費，亦沒有最低籌款額要求。
問4.如何上載相片?
您可以登入活動主頁底部點擊“參加者上載記錄相片”，然後直接從手機把上片上載。
問5.贊助者可以如何支持我的挑戰？
當完成報名後，你的專屬籌款鏈結(URL)便會建立，我們會立刻用電郵通知你籌集贊助方法。您可以把你的挑戰內容和籌款鏈結跟親友分享，鼓勵他們以金錢支持你的行動。他們除了可以直接於你的專屬籌款鏈結內進行網上捐款，亦可透過現金或支票捐款支持。
問6.甚麼時候我需要填寫贊助表格？
贊助表格為方便記錄您所有經由現金及支票所得的贊助記錄。表格上的籌款總額必須與所呈交的現金及支票總額相同。
問7.我的贊助人如何能更多認識加拿大中信？

As a non-profit organization, CCM Edmonton Centre needs to raise at least $55,000 in 2021 to maintain our high levels of social and professional services. Only 15% of our services are funded by the government.
Q2. Is there a minimum number of sponsors for me to enter the event?
Yes. You need to have at least one sponsor in order to enter the event.
Q3. Is there a minimum amount of sponsorship raised for me to be qualified to join the m?
No. There is no minimum sponsorship requirement. So please enjoy the game!
Q4. How to upload pictures?
Please visit the event main page click into“Image Upload”, then you can directly upload your picture there.
Q5. What should I tell my sponsors to do to support me?
After completing your challenge sign-up, a personal online fundraising URL will be set up and you will receive an email with all sponsorship details. This is your own link where your family and friends can make a secure online donation via PayPal toward your fundraising goal. They can also support you with cash and cheque. Please have all offline donation transactions recorded on your pledge from.
Q6. When to use the fillable Pledge Form?
The print Pledge Form is used to record cash and cheques donations. Please make sure the Pledge Form Totals is the same as the cash and cheques collected.

問2.我可以參加挑戰同時又做贊助人嗎？
當然可以。在報名參加今次的籌款活動，你不但可以捐款贊助自己，更可以捐款贊助其他挑戰者或隊伍。
問3.我如何及何時會收到報税收據？
只是捐款加幣$20或以上才可獲發報稅收據。約於籌款活動完成後兩至三個月內, 加拿大中信便會發出報稅收據。
問4.捐款額有沒有最低要求？
沒有。只是捐款加幣$20或以上才可獲發報稅收據。
問5.我如何捐款支持其他參加者或團隊？
你可以登入網站站内參加者名單，選擇您想支持的參加者或團隊，進入其名字下的捐款按鈕，進行網上捐款。如您想以支票捐款支持，請務必在支票上註明參加者/團隊名稱。
問6.我想以匿名捐款，仍要填寫個人資料嗎?
需要。如你選擇以匿名捐款，我們將不會公開你的任何資料，而一切個人資料實為內部核數並方便作聯絡用途。
問7.捐款收據上所列的名稱是否需要跟捐款者姓名一樣
不需要。如報稅收據上的名稱和捐款者不同，請於網上捐款表格一欄Comment上特別註明。如選擇以現金或支票捐款，請把報稅收據上的名稱填到活動參加者的贊助表格內。
問8.我如何知道參加者的進度？
參加者的籌款目標、籌款及挑戰進度均記錄在參加者名單一頁。

Q1.Why does CCM Edmonton Centre need donation?.

Q2.Can I participate and also sponsor another participant?
Absolutely. You can be a participant, your own sponsor as well as sponsor of another participant in the event.
Q3.How and when can I get a tax receipt?
A donation receipt will typically send to your registered address or email to you within 3 months. Please make sure your contact information are correct.
Q4.Is there a minimum amount of sponsorship?
There is no minimum donation amount. However tax deduction receipt will only be issued to donation of CAD$20 or above.
Q5.What should I do to sponsor a participant?
Visit the Participant List page and click into the Donate button underneath each participant for online donation. If you want to make cheque donation, please make sure you have the participant’s name written on your cheque.
Q6.If I want to make an anonymous sponsorship, do I still need to give out personal information?>
Yes. Your personal information will not be revealed to the public if you want to make an anonymous donation. All personal information collected from are for internal use and future contact if necessary.
Q7.Could I have tax deduction receipt name different from name of donor?
Yes. You may do so. If you make online donation, please state clearly on the Comment field in the online donation form the name you wish to be printed on the tax deduction receipt. For all offline donations, please have the name you wish to be printed on the receipt written on the Participant’s Pledge Form.
Q8.How can I know the participant’s progress?
Both the fundraising target and challenge progress will be shown on the Participant List page.
