捐款方法 Offline Donation Instructions

謝謝你的支持，你已成功登記捐款人資料，現在你可以透過下面任何一種方式完成過數程序。Thank you for support. You have successfully completed the donor’s information. You can choose from the below options to complete the payment process.

透過電話以信用卡捐款 / Credit Card

可致電中信愛城中心 587-982-8111  以信用咭捐款。

We accept donation over the phone by Visa and MasterCard. Please call 587-982-8111.

使用支票 / Cheque

請下載捐款表格並填妥，連同支票抬頭請寫: CCM of Canada，然後寄往 #102 6030 88 St. N.W. Edmonton T6E 6G4.

Please mail in your cheque payable to CCM of Canada with our donation form to #102 6030 88 St. N.W. Edmonton T6E 6G4. 

e-Transfer 奉獻 / e-Transfer

  1. 在你的網上銀行戶口中加上 CCM 為收款者。
  2. 在收款者電郵填上 edmonton@ccmcanada.org。
    中信愛城中心的銀行戶口已經設定為自動收款，所以並不需要任何密碼完成 e-Transfer 的程序。
  3. 請在 “message” 一欄以英文 填上以下資料，格式如下:
    贊助者姓名 – 捐款者姓名 – 捐款者聯絡電話
    範例 : Queenie Hui – Peter Chan – 4032223685
  1. Set up interac transfer with your own online banking and added CCM of Canada as a recipient.
  2. In e-transfer the recipient section enter edmonton@ccmcanada.org as the email address. This bank account has an auto-deposit feature enabled, so no password is required for the e-transfer.
  3. In the “message” section, enter the following information:
    Participant’ s Name – Donor’s Name – Donor’s Contact Number
